The Presentation

The Presentation is the point in the sales cycle where you begin to reveal all your talent and the major reasons why you should do business with each other. There are several types of presentations, but they all typically involve a face-to-face presentation.
First decide what you should include in the presentation. Should you cover ever detail or should you hold back some of the details? Be sure to review your assets and be sure to use your strengths. If you’re not good at math avoid trying to prepare mathematical equations in front of your client. Offer to return them later in the form of a proposal.
Before you begin your presentation, review you notes and have your facts at your fingertips. Remember to use their words verbatim. Cover all of their objections and be sure you haven’t left any of them unanswered. Review and write out how you will address the solutions to their challenges.
